yesterday I finished off the day with 1 piece of Tilapia in Lemon juice, pepper, and old bay. 1/2 a chicken breast baked in the oven and lite cesar salad(bought from the local grocery store) cheated and had a cow tail and two cake balls at my girlsfriends holiday party.

Today I skipped breakfast(only because I was not hungry for some reason)
I did eat for lunch Cambells Chunky Kickin' buffalo style chicken and a bottle of water
